By using the Telnic website www.managemy.tel (“the Website”), or any associated Telnic managed mobile application or interactive service provided by Telnic (cumulatively referred to as the “Service”) you are agreeing to your personal information being handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy. 2.1          Telnic collects personal information from users of the Service through the use of on-line forms, where you register as a user of the Service and every time you e-mail or otherwise submit your details or your own content to us. We may also ask you to provide personal information if you report a problem with our Service.

2.2          Telnic may collect information about you when you use the Service:

2.2.1       your full name, postal and email address and telephone and fax number (and/or those of any nominated contact you provide to us in relation to your use of the Service) and any additional personal information we require or you upload in connection with the provision to you of the Service;

2.2.2        a record of any correspondence that you have with us;

2.2.4        records relating to your account with us.

2.4          You may be able to use the Service made available to you to upload your own content, communication or material in accordance with the Terms of Use and Telnic’s Acceptable Use Policy. To the extent that such content, communication or material contains the personal information of or relating to any third party, you must have his or her consent (where required by law) prior to uploading such content.
